Ian Flemming

Ian has twenty years of experience in helping organisations and people to grow. He has a wealth of experience both in the public and private sector, clients he has worked with are; IBM; The Royal Bank of Scotland; UBS Warburg; British Telecom; the Cabinet Office and numerous Local Authorities.

Ian’s skill areas are; strategic change consultancy; facilitation; introduction of mentoring initiatives; development of commercial behaviours; negotiation skills. Ian is also highly skilled in the use of behavioural analysis, which is highly effective for developing both teams and individuals.

Ian believes personal development provides endless possibilities for growth and personal change; he is currently completing a MSc in Personal and Organisational Development.
