different roles have benefited from this training, both with
an external facing role but also an internal one.
This training helps people to manage client relationships
within an organisation and develop business solutions to customer
requirements. It looks at how we succeed in establishing effective
business relationships with some individuals and organisations
and not with others. It looks at the skills and issues involved
in influencing individuals to change their views and behaviour,
and therefore reaching agreements that stick.
