Influencing and Consultancy

Here we focus on the processes we use to influence others. People in many different roles have benefited from this training, both with an external facing role but also an internal one.

This training helps people to manage client relationships within an organisation and develop business solutions to customer requirements. It looks at how we succeed in establishing effective business relationships with some individuals and organisations and not with others. It looks at the skills and issues involved in influencing individuals to change their views and behaviour, and therefore reaching agreements that stick.

It deals with contracting issues and skills, which have to be dealt with throughout the influencing process, and ensures that goodwill and good ideas are converted into clear agreement and action.

Also explores how the investment made in creating an effective relationship can be best utilized and protected. This focuses particularly on creating longer-term, stable client relationships.
