Jacky Holmes BA (Hons), Grad CIPD

Jacky has over 23 years experience in HR and training and development gained in the public and private sectors, both in senior manager and training practitioner roles.

Jacky has designed and delivered a wide variety of management, leadership and team development programmes. She uses 360 degree feedback processes for leadership development and has implemented mentoring and Action Learning programmes to support manager development. Jacky also acts as a personal mentor to many managers.

Facilitation of senior management team objective setting and business planning events is another area of Jacky’s expertise, in addition to offering communication skills, personal development planning and performance management interventions.

Bringing an enthusiastic and pragmatic style to her facilitation, Jacky blends this with an inclusive and passionate approach to developing people, improving performance and promoting the value of learning.
