Working with
small teams we identify the issues that are blocking success.
Typically we use an appropriate instrument (For example Team
Management Skills Profile or Myers Briggs Type Indicator)
to locate differences in approach and their impact on the
team effort. These are usually run as one or two day programmes.
Our
work with teams has included instances where teams were
merging/demerging or where there have been problems within
teams
and we have facilitated them working through their differences.
A typical team will have no more then twelve members.
