Tom Richardson

Tom Richardson has been involved in the area of leadership and staff and organisational learning for most of his working life, as an employee, as a consultant and as a lecturer.

Tom's experience has ranged through the public, private and voluntary sectors in the UK. He has also worked for the United Nations and consulted and trained in China, the USA and Bangladesh. I hold an MSc in Human Resource Management.
